Why is the Buyee overlay not showing on an eBay search page?
The cross-check needs a supported eBay search result, readable listing images, and access to the live API. Refresh the page once, confirm My Deal Verifier is enabled, and email the search URL plus a screenshot if the ribbon still does not appear.
Which pages does My Deal Verifier support?
My Deal Verifier supports eBay item pages and search results, Mercari US item pages and search results, and Buyee Mercari Japan, JDirectItems, and PayPay Fleamarket item and search pages.
Where do I manage my license?
Use the Account page for license and billing status. If checkout completed but your license did not arrive, email support with the purchase email address.
How fast do support emails get answered?
Most support emails are handled within one business day. Bug reports with a page URL and screenshot are much faster to reproduce.
