mydealHQ is operated by Forge AI Now, a Zero Forge LLC company. "We", "us", and "our" refer to Forge AI Now / Zero Forge LLC.
1. Acceptance
By installing any extension in the mydealHQ toolkit (My Deal Verifier, Bundle Risk Checker, Shipping Trap Checker, Bulk Supplier Opportunity Scanner) or by using mydealhq.com, you agree to these terms.
2. What the toolkit does
The extensions analyze marketplace listings and provide informational verdicts (deal scores, bundle risk, shipping risk, supplier opportunity scores). These verdicts are estimates based on public market data and rule engines. They are not financial advice, not appraisals, and not guarantees.
3. Verdict accuracy disclaimer
We do our best to make verdicts accurate, but marketplaces, prices, fees, tariffs, and shipping rates change constantly. Always verify before you commit money. You are responsible for your own buying and selling decisions.
4. Free and paid tiers
The Free tier is provided at no cost. Paid tiers (Pro, Power, Lifetime) unlock additional features and are billed by Stripe under the terms shown on the pricing page at the time of purchase.
5. Refund policy
30-day no-questions-asked refund on monthly, annual, and lifetime purchases. Email support@mydealhq.com within 30 days of purchase.
6. License keys
Paid licenses are non-transferable and tied to the email address at purchase. One license key may be used across all four extensions and across multiple Chrome installations belonging to the same person.
7. Acceptable use
Don't use the extensions to scrape or rate-limit-violate marketplace APIs, don't redistribute the extension code as your own, don't reverse-engineer the license system, and don't use the extensions in ways that violate the terms of service of the marketplaces they read.
8. Affiliate disclosure
My Deal Verifier wraps outbound eBay links with an eBay Partner Network affiliate ID. We earn commissions on qualifying purchases at no cost to you. This is how the Free tier is sustainable.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the state where Zero Forge LLC is registered. Any disputes will be resolved in that state's courts.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, Zero Forge LLC is not liable for any losses arising from your use of the extensions or the verdicts they produce. The toolkit is provided "as is" without warranty.
11. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced on this page and in the extension popup.
